Most of the personal information we process is provided directly by you for one of the following reasons:
- You requested to make a reservation at NATU
• You subscribed to the NATU Newsletter
• You contacted us through the contact form on the NATU website
Reservation Request
We use your information such as: Full Name, Address, email, VAT number, and other details described in the reservation request. The purpose of collecting and processing this data is the provision of the services for which you make a reservation.
The legal basis for this processing is Article 6 par. 1(b) of the GDPR, namely the examination and processing of your reservation request in accordance with the terms of the reservation request, as well as Article 6 par. 1(a), namely your explicit consent.
Additionally, for the fulfillment of the services provided by the NATU restaurant and for the protection of the visitor, during online reservations the website requests disclosure of any allergies to raw materials, food products, and dishes.
The legal basis for this processing is Article 6 par. 1(b) of the GDPR, namely the examination and processing of your reservation request according to the reservation terms, Article 6 par. 1(a), namely your explicit consent, and naturally Article 9 par. 2(h), namely for reasons of preventive medicine.
Finally, the NATU restaurant may use your email address to send, through the reservation service, an after visit evaluation questionnaire in order to improve its services and derive statistical conclusions and not for advertising promotion purposes.
If you respond to the questionnaire through the relevant platform (note: the questionnaire will not request your full name), the NATU restaurant may process the responses for the above purpose.
The information from these responses will not be disclosed to third parties.
We retain your personal data initially for a period of 45 days following the provision of the services for which the reservation was made, while personal data deriving from questionnaire responses are retained for a period of one (1) year in order to derive valid statistical conclusions.
In addition, you have the right to request access to this data, correction if inaccurate or incomplete, deletion if you withdraw your consent, restriction of processing under certain conditions, as well as the right to lodge a complaint.
Newsletter Subscription Newsletter
We use your email address to send you our Newsletter. Once you subscribe to the Newsletter, you will receive a confirmation message and subsequently receive our electronic newsletters and updates.
The purpose of collecting and processing the data is the sending of the e-Newsletter and our updates. The legal basis for this processing is your consent, according to Article 6 par. 1 of the GDPR.
We retain your personal data for as long as you remain subscribed to our newsletter recipients list so that you may receive our electronic newsletters and news, and we delete them upon withdrawal of your consent. In other words, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, resulting in the deletion of your data and termination of newsletter delivery.
Furthermore, you have the rights of access to your data, correction if inaccurate or incomplete, deletion upon withdrawal of your consent, restriction of processing under certain conditions, as well as the right to lodge a complaint.
Communication through the Contact Form
We collect personal data such as: Name, Surname, Email, Telephone Number, and any other personal data you may provide if you choose to use the contact form of the NATU website. We retain your personal data for one (1) year from the date the communication was sent. We also store in our system our response to the communication. The provision of the above data is necessary in order to satisfy your request/question.
Our purpose for processing your personal data is to be able to respond to your request for information. The legal basis for processing your personal data for this purpose is Article 6 par. 1(b) of the GDPR. In this case, you have the same rights as in the Newsletter Subscription section.
Disclosure and Transfer of Personal Data
As a rule, we do not disclose or transfer data to third parties. Your data may be disclosed to data processors cooperating with NATU for the support of its systems. In addition, the reservation system management has been assigned to the company iHost, whose authorized personnel may have access to reservation lists to the extent required for the provision of technical support services.
